Very recently, A Delhi Court had granted bail to all Tabligi Jammat members who had come to Delhi from 25 countries, who all had very falsefully & very illegally applied for tourist visas & so ultimately very successfully obtained/got such visas from Ministry of External Affairs but actually they all had come to Delhi for attending Markaz at Nizan-uddin by allegedly violating all visa norms & conditions, very illegally & very unethically, so, by indulging themselves in all missionary activities & fully/completely violating all government guidelines which was issue to all foreign nationals after the covid-19 outbreak.

Such persons must not & must never be given bail at all for indulging themselves in all such above-mentioned ( absolute ) illegal activities. Such illegal foreign residents must be always booked under non-bailable sections/charges of the IPC & must be given jail term for a very lengthy period. These Tabligi Jammat members are also fully/totally responsible for spreading corona virus through-out the country very extensively.

In India, a person murders other person or number of persons & so does other very illegal & very heinous crimes but ultimately/finally, get very easy bail from our curt of law ( even from various High courts for very heinous crimes ), then the above-mentioned example is nothing in comparison with such.
