BLIND LAW OR UNDHA KANOON

Supreme Court which is now ( at present ) fully investigating about the details of encounter of U.P gangster - Vikash Dubey by U.P police had dismayed its utmost surprise stating that, how such a big criminal who had innumerable cases of murder, extortions, dacoity & other very heinous crimes; ( each & every-time ) got bail very easily, that also, nine times from various courts in U.P.

One very important thing, I want to ask is that, Is this totally/completely a blind law which is totally/fully prevailing in our country ?

In today’s Z-News programme DNA Analysis, it’s host - Sudhir Chowdhury had stated that, crime conviction rate in India is very low i.e out of every 100 very heinous criminals in India, only 17 percent of such are actually convicted/punished by our respective courts & sent to jail & rest of them i.e 87 percent heinous criminals get bail very easy from our various court of law & even then, out of these 17 percent convicted criminals many/most of them get bail at a later stage.
