Supreme Court & Chief Justice of India which is now investigating about the death of U.P’s biggest gangster – Vikash Dubey, had dismayed a great/biggest/utter surprise that, how such a biggest gangster in U.P, who had 66 cases of very heinous crimes registered against him, got immediate bail each & every time from the court of law, so easily.

Magistrates of various courts in U.P are to be totally/fully/completely blamed for this, not the U.P police. Is immediate bails to extreme heinous criminals being given every time by such Magistrates, just for the sake of money, this shows massive & rampant corruptions in various courts in India is very/extreme/totally rampant.

Chief Justice of India also dismayed a great/biggest/utter surprise that, how after having 66 cases of very heinous crimes being registered against him, Vikash Dubey was still roaming freely every where in U.P.
